Karen Miller is a Masters-Prepared RN with more than 35 years experience in Maternal-Neonatal Nursing and has been certified in basic prenatal yoga instruction.  She welcomes pregnant yogis to her Tuesday 7pm and Sunday 5:15pm Gentle  classes and will help them with adapting their poses safely through each trimester. No prior experience is necessary.

    • Hi Laura!
      We usually just mainstream our prenatal students because the nature of pregnancy makes it challenging to get an entire class together at one time. I highly recommend the classes of Karen Hill Miller, as she is an RN with many years’ experience working with Mamas and Babies as a nurse as well as a certified prenatal teacher.
