Karen Miller is a Masters-Prepared RN with more than 35 years experience in Maternal-Neonatal Nursing and has been certified in basic prenatal yoga instruction. She welcomes pregnant yogis to her Tuesday 7pm and Sunday 5:15pm Gentle classes and will help them with adapting their poses safely through each trimester. No prior experience is necessary.
